Our first use case will be to is use the tech, to help #callcenteragents across the world so that they never again have to be discriminated due to their accent - I truly believe this can impact the day to day of over 20M call center agents across the world. Joining Max, Shawn and Andres on their crazy journey in creating something monumental, became a no-brainer :-) Honestly, the possibility of such innovation felt unreal at first but as I got to know the team better these past 12 months, first as an investor and then as an advisor, I completely believe that this team can truly manifest it into reality.
As an immigrant, this is close to heart and most of you reading this post may have experienced it too. All it took was to meet Maxim Serebryakov, Shawn Zhang and Andrés Pérez Soderi :-)Īt Sanas.AI we have built an accent translation alogorithm that gives people the ability to choose how they want to sound without being discriminated against and without facing bias. I didn’t think that I’d get to work with super smart folks, who were crazy enough to believe that they can change the world, again and so soon. The past 4.5 yrs of building ObserveAI has been an extremely enriching and fulfilling experience - 250+ strong Observe Family, Millions in revenue, A strong Series C - couldn’t have asked for more.I’d like to thank everyone who made this possible- My Observe family, our customers, our investors and most importantly my cofounders, Swapnil Jain and Akash Singh.

It’s a big personal milestone update here - After 4.5+ yrs of running ObserveAI, I have decided to startup again! While I was moving on from the Observe.AI legacy, I also wanted to make sure I join a place where I could help create something similar.
